- 1.5 oz. Ultra Smooth Diplomatico Rum.
- 1 oz. In house made simple syrup (Gran Marnier, orange, vanilla, & cinnamon).
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice.
- 1 oz. of Egg Whites.
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Then add the ingredients in the order listed above.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into Coupe Glass.
- Garnish with a fresh Lemon Twist.
Mezze is located in Fells Point. It is known for serving traditional Greek inspired Mediterranean Tapas. Mezze has developed quite a craft cocktail menu.
This cocktail is a Daiquiri based classic cocktail, very smooth flavors. In house simple syrup with Gran Marnie, orange peel, vanilla, & cinnamon, blended with the smooth Diplomatico Rum. This is an anytime cocktail.
- 1.5 oz. of Belle Meade Bourbon.
- .5 oz. Mata Hari Absinthe.
- Several dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters.
- .25 0z. of Agave.
- Orange Twist.
- Add bourbon, absinthe and agave to shaker with ice.
- Shake and pour into Rocks Glass.
- Add several dashes of orange bitters.
- Add the Orange twist and then run around the rim of the glass.
- Garnish with Orange Twist.

This cocktail has a smooth forward taste of honey, followed by a slight bite from the absinthe.
- 2 oz. of Van Gogh Citroen Vodka.
- 1 oz. Limoncello Liqueur.
- Splash of house made sour.
- Splash of Rhino Energy Drink.
- Add ice to Martini glass to chill and set aside.
- Add the ingredients as listed above except the Rhinol to shaker with ice.
- Empty ice from the glass.
- Strain into Martini Glass.
- Add splash of the Rhino Energy Drink.
- Run Lemon Twist around the rim of the glass and then garnish with the Lemon Twist.
Side Note: To make the house made sour it is half lemon juice and half simple syrup.
Simple Syrup: equal parts of water and sugar. 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves. Let it cool.

•2 oz. of Collier & McKeel Tennessee Whiskey.
•5 oz. of Lazzaroni Maraschino Liqueur.
•5 oz. Pêche de Vigne.
•.5 oz. of Maple Simple Syrup.
•Add ice to Old Fashioned Glass and set aside to chill.
•Using a jigger add your ingredients to a shaker.
•Add ice to shaker and shake.
•Empty ice from chilled Old Fashioned Glass.
•Strain into your Old Fashioned Glass.
•Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
This cocktail I would say is best describe as a whiskey based, sweet summer cocktail. Matt who is in this video is making a cocktail created by Jenna Krumm. Jenna is the cocktail manager at Blue Grass Tavern. They will never disappoint you in either their knowledge of mixing alcohol or service.
•1.5 oz. of Bulleit Bourbon
•.5 oz. of Wild Cherry Brandy.
•Pinch of Mint.
•Splash of Ginger Beer.
•Add all of the ingredients listed to a shaker with ice.
•Shake vigorously to break up the mint.
•Pour into a Highball glass.
•Add a splash of Ginger Beer.
This cocktail is being made by Cliff Harris in this video. Cliff has been in several of videos. So if you would like to see some of the other Signature Cocktails with Cliff, you can do a search for him on our site. This cocktail is simple to make and easy to drink. I think it is safe to say that even if you are not a Bourbon fan, you will enjoy this cocktail. If you are a Bourbon drinker, you will definitely enjoy this cocktail. There is just enough mint for you taste it, the Cherry Liquor is not over powering due to the Ginger Beer, so the Bourbon drinkers out there will not be turned off.
•2 oz. of Ketel Citroen.
•.5 oz. of Black Currant Liqueur.
•Add ice to Martini Glass to chill and set aside.
•Add Ketel Citroen to shaker with ice and shake hard.
•Empty ice from chilled Martini glass and take Berry Compote and create a swirl around the inside of the glass.
•Strain Ketel Citroen carefully into glass, so you do not destroy the swirl.
•pour the Black Currant Liqueur into cocktail and it will settle to the bottom.
This cocktail was created by Tracey Wise of Tapas Adela. Tracey is the GM and head bartender of Tapas Adela, she has been in the industry for 15 years. She has won bartender of the year twice. So hopefully she knows what she is doing. She has made some other cocktails for us, so try the Peppermint Patty.
